At this level, a child starts enjoying the learning process and gets socially comfortable too. They love to talk and listen, but they also need activity and movement, with significant emphasis on large-muscle activity. They enjoy dramatic play, wheel toys and climbers, puzzles and blocks, and opportunities to talk and listen to simple stories. They must be valued as individuals and where their need for attention, approval, and affection are supported.
