Dr. Jyoti Raina (FRCS) is the Chairman of the Board and currently is a practising Opthalmology Surgeon in United Kingdom. She resides in London along with her husband Dr. Sunil Trakru and two daughters.
Dijjotam “Dijji” Raina (B.S. (Pilani), MBA (University of Mississippi)) is CEO of MedOfficePro, Inc. (www.medofficepro.com) and currently resides in Atlanta (USA) along with his wife Dr. Aarti Raina and twin boys.
Let’s go back in history & tell us what made you get into child care services & start CCC?
Crystal was started with a vision to have a happy, exciting and safe place for kids. We started with the concept of Preschool and soon extended to provide daycare services to the parents.
How does it feel to own CCC which is now over 10 years old? Being in this industry with just one center for so many years, what are your expansion plans?
We believe it is purely commendable to complete 10 years and more than that its inspiring and motivating to have an image of one of the most quality based Centre in Gurgaon. As stated, quality is our main focus area and also we have huge space to expand our Centre in the same present premises. Although, we are quite liberal with the concept of expansion but not at the stake of our quality standards.
What’s your USP? How did you manage to survive amongst so many new big chains coming up?
Though we do not believe in this terminology of UNIQUE SELLING POINT, as it not about selling but about offering a service to the parents those who need daycare for their young kids based on the requirement of their working profile.
But still would love to share few things that makes us stand apart from the crowd:

Mrs Shivani Sarin joined CCC in April 2008. She assumed responsibility as Centre Incharge in May 2010. She is passionate about children and loves to provide a caring environments for children at Crystal. Parents and staff love her.
